Please note that U.S. bank accounts are only supported for fund transfers. To transfer funds, you must successfully complete an account verification process. Bank transfers are processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and typically take between 2 to 4 days.

The Fancards Prepaid Mastercard® is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., St. Paul, MN 55103, Member FDIC, under a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. This card can be used wherever Debit Mastercard is accepted. By using this card, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Cardholder Agreement.

Important information for opening a card account: In accordance with the USA PATRIOT Act, all financial institutions and their third parties are required to obtain, verify, and record information about each person who opens a card account, in order to combat terrorism funding and money laundering activities.

What this means for you: When opening a card account, we will request your name, address, date of birth, and other necessary information to identify you. We may also require your driver's license or other identifying documents.
